- 1 package McCormick® Slow Cooker Fiesta Chicken Seasoning Mix
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place chicken in slow cooker.
- 2 Mix Seasoning Mix, tomatoes, corn and beans until blended. Pour over chicken. Cover.
- 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove chicken from slow cooker.
- 4 Shred chicken, using 2 forks. Return chicken to slow cooker; mix well. Serve over cooked rice with assorted toppings, if desired.
