Slow Cookers Easy Beef Burgundy

  • Place beef and vegetables in slow cooker.

  • Mix Seasoning Mix, water and tomato paste until well blended. Pour over beef and vegetables. Cover.

  • Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving.

Cooking tip

Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.

    Delicious aroma at 3.5 hours on high, slightly pinkish center, tender. Yums! Tweaked recipe: warm sauce before pouring on stew meat also add garlic, salted potatoes with olive oil.
