Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 can (8 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
  • 2 packages McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place chicken, beans, tomatoes, corn and chiles in slow cooker.
  • 2 Mix Seasoning Mix and broth until blended. Pour over chicken mixture; mix well. Cover.
  • 3 Cook 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
