Slow Cooker Smoky Bourbon BBQ Pulled Pork

A flavorful twist to pulled pork with a smoky blend of bourbon and black pepper.

  • Place pork in slow cooker and stir in Sauce; turning meat to coat well.

  • Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 to 5 hours on HIGH.

  • Shred pork using 2 forks and mix with sauce before serving.

Cooking tip

Substitution Tip:  For pulled chicken, use 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs in place of the pork.  

Slow Cooker Tip:  For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
