Shrimp Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 package (10 ounces) torn Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup McCormick® Roasted Garlic Caesar Salad Toppins'
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Brush shrimp with oil. Sprinkle with Seasoning.
  • 2 Grill shrimp over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink.
  • 3 Toss lettuce, Salad Toppins and Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Divide salad evenly among 4 serving plates. Top each salad with grilled shrimp.
