Heat oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add sausage and bell pepper blend; cook and stir 3 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and spices. Cook and stir 1 minute.
Gradually stir in broth and tomatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
