Rotisserie Style Boneless Chicken

Make two meals in one by preparing a double recipe of Rotisserie-Style Boneless Chicken. Use leftovers in Chicken Caesar Salad.

  • Brush both sides of chicken breasts with oil. Sprinkle evenly with Seasoning.

  • Broil or grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.

Cooking tip

Chicken Caesar Salad: Cut 8 ounces prepared Rotisserie-Style Boneless Chicken into thin strips. Toss 1 bag (10 ounces) torn Romaine lettuce, 1 cup croutons, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion in large bowl. Top with chicken. Serve with prepared Caesar salad dressing. Makes 4 servings.
