Create juicy, herb-roasted pork tenderloin with five ingredients and one sheet pan. Place pork tenderloin onto a foil-lined pan and brush with a mixture of oil and McCormick® Rosemary Chicken Seasoning Mix. (It’s a tasty blend of rosemary and thyme.) Roast to desired doneness with seasoned vegetables and enjoy.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pork in center of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Mix oil and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl; brush 1/2 of mixture on pork. Add potatoes and carrots to remaining mixture in bowl; toss to coat. Place vegetables around pork.
Roast 25 minutes or until pork is cooked to desired doneness. Transfer only the pork to a serving platter; cover with foil to keep warm.
Roast vegetables 10 minutes longer or until tender. Slice pork and serve with vegetables.
