Quick & Easy Cincinnati Chili

Cincinnati Chili gets it's distinctive flavor from cinnamon. McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix makes it quick and easy.

  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package.

  • Meanwhile, cook ground beef in large saucepan on medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink; drain. Add Seasoning Mix, cinnamon and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.

  • Serve chili over spaghetti. If desired, top with beans, Cheddar cheese or onions.

Cooking tip

• Use McCormick® Mild or Hot Chili Seasoning Mix depending on your desired level of heat. 

• To reduce sodium, try with McCormick® 30% Less Sodium Chili Seasoning Mix or 30% Less Sodium Mild Chili Seasoning Mix. 

Serving Suggestion: Cincinnati Chili is traditionally served with kidney beans, shredded Cheddar cheese and chopped onions.
