Finely chopped almonds, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese combine to make a crust for tilapia that's tasty enough for a restaurant menu.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix almonds, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings in shallow dish.
Brush fish lightly with oil. Coat evenly with almond mixture. Place fish on greased foil-lined shallow baking pan.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute red snapper, striped bass, flounder or sole for the tilapia.
