OLD BAY Rub Salmon with Herb Sauce

A creamy herb sauce complements moist and flavorful bread crumb-coated salmon fillets.

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

  • Mix bread crumbs, OLD BAY Rub and butter in small bowl. Coat salmon with bread crumb mixture.

  • Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  • For the Herb Sauce, mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Serve salmon with Herb Sauce.
