Salmon is a popular fish that's healthy too. Enjoy this easy way to prepare salmon that adds extra flavor but not extra calories.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix seasonings in small bowl.
Place fish, skin-side down, in lightly greased baking pan. Lightly brush fish with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over fish.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
