INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Sprinkle chicken with Seasoning. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm.
  • 2 Stir carrots and onions into skillet. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Mix broth and flour in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add to skillet; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes.
  • 3 Stir in sour cream and parsley; simmer 2 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken to serve.
