INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix brown sugar and spices in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons spice mixture. Rub remaining spice mixture on ribs; coat well. Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined roasting pan. Pour water into pan. Cover with foil.
  • 2 Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
  • 3 Meanwhile, mix jelly and reserved spice mixture. Brush ribs with jelly mixture.
  • 4 Broil or grill over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until heated through and nicely browned.
