Honey Vanilla Glazed Pork Tenderloin

The honey glaze gives pork a rich appearance and a slightly sweet flavor that is highlighted by vanilla.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pork tenderloins on rack in baking pan. Mix honey, vinegar, vanilla, paprika, mustard, salt and pepper. Brush pork with glaze.

  • Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until desired doneness, brushing with glaze every 10 to 15 minutes.
