The honey glaze gives pork a rich appearance and a slightly sweet flavor that is highlighted by vanilla.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pork tenderloins on rack in baking pan. Mix honey, vinegar, vanilla, paprika, mustard, salt and pepper. Brush pork with glaze.
Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until desired doneness, brushing with glaze every 10 to 15 minutes.
