Get lots of flavor with little fat with these shrimp and vegetable kabobs that’s seasoned with Perfect Pinch® Lemon & Pepper Seasoning.
Mix oil, wine and Seasoning in small bowl. Alternately thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers. Brush with Seasoning mixture.
Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning frequently.
• If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water for at least 30 minutes before threading with shrimp and vegetables. This prevents them from burning when on the grill.
