Brush steak with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Mix 3 tablespoons of the Seasoning and sugar. Rub on both sides of steak. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix avocado, tomatoes, onion, remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Grill steak over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with Avocado Tomato Salad
