Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in shallow dish. Set aside.
Mix Seafood Sauce and olives. Place salmon in 13x9-inch baking dish. Brush both sides of salmon fillets with sauce mixture. Coat both sides with bread crumb mixture.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with additional Seafood Sauce, if desired.
