Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 package McCormick® Beef and Broccoli Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; stir fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add broccoli and onion; stir fry 4 minutes or until tender-crisp.
- 3 Stir reserved seasoning mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Return beef to skillet. Cook 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
