Bag 'n Season® Pork Chops

Savor the homemade taste of pork chops that are tender and juicy. Not only do they cook in 30 minutes but preparation and cleanup are a snap!

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Trim excess fat from pork chops. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix evenly on both sides of each pork chop. Place in single layer in bag.

  • Pour water over pork chops. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

  • Bake in lower half of oven 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. If desired, serve with prepared McCormick® Pork Gravy.

Cooking tip

IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.


To Prepare with Pork Roast: Prepare as directed. Bake boneless pork roast (2 pounds) for 45 minutes. Bake bone-in pork roast (3 pounds) for 1 1/4 hours.
