Bag 'n Season® Pineapple Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place chicken and vegetables in bag.

  • Mix Seasoning Mix with remaining ingredients; add to bag. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

  • Bake in lower half of oven 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes.

Cooking tip

IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.

    Well, I feel like all the extra ingredients in this recipe wouldn't be necessary had you not discontinued your Bag 'n Season Chicken Oriental! It made the best chicken I've ever had. Many, many times I added crushed pineapple along with bell peppers and got what this recipe ends up with, I just didn't have to add all the other extra stuff! BRING BACK THE CHICKEN ORIENTAL!!
