INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix ground beef, eggs, 1/2 cup of the ketchup, bread crumbs, milk and Seasoning Mix in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 8 loaves.
  • 2 Place meat loaves in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon remaining 1/2 cup ketchup over top.
  • 3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Use extra lean (95% lean) ground beef for a savings of 80 calories and 8g fat for each mini meat loaf.
