Pumpkin Pecan Pie

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare crust as directed on package for one-crust pie using 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Mix pumpkin, granulated sugar, eggs, flour, pumpkin pie spice and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla in medium bowl until well blended and smooth. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle pecans evenly over pumpkin layer.

  • Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, remaining 1 tablespoon vanilla and salt in another medium bowl until smooth. Slowly pour corn syrup mixture over pecans.

  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until just set in center. Cool completely on wire rack.
