Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake and cool as directed on package.
Meanwhile, for the Frosting, mix chocolate frosting and cinnamon. Spread over cooled brownie. Cut into squares.
Mexican Coffee Brownies: Prepare as directed, using McCormick® Pure Coffee Extract in place of the vanilla extract in the brownies and adding 1 teaspoon Coffee Extract to the frosting.
