Three Seed Breadsticks

This recipe takes breadsticks to the next level of flavor. Three seeds -- Anise, Poppy and Sesame -- add flavor, texture and visual appeal.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix seeds and garlic salt in small bowl.

  • Prepare breadsticks as directed on package. Pull each about 6 inches in length. Brush breadsticks with oil. Sprinkle evenly with seed mixture. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.

  • Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.

Cooking tip

Three Seed Focaccia: Use 1/2 teaspoon each McCormick® Anise Seed, Poppy Seed and Sesame Seed, and 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt. Unroll dough; divide into 2 equal sections along center perforation. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Press perforations on each section to seal. Brush dough with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle seed mixture evenly over entire surface of dough. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into rectangles to serve.
