Sweet Pancake Drizzle

Ditch the plain-Jane maple syrup and make a pancake topping to remember! Whip up Sweet Pancake Drizzle in minutes. It’s an easy-to-make base of cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar and milk. Take your pick of extract flavors – maple, orange and coconut - and customize any which way you like. Drizzle over pancakes for an over-the-top finish.

Serves: Makes 1/2 cup or 4 (2-tablespoon) servings.

  • Mix all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Serve over warm pancakes.

Cooking tip

To color pancake drizzle: Stir 1 teaspoon Sunflower color and 1/4 teaspoon Berry color from McCormick® Color from Nature™ Assorted Food Colors into drizzle.


Coconut Pancake Drizzle: Use 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Coconut Extract in place of the maple extract.  

Orange Pancake Drizzle: Use 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Orange Extract in place of the maple extract.
