Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix eggs, half-and-half, sage, salt, lemon peel and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently until well mixed. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
