Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Garlic and Red Bell Pepper Chili Rub

Serve this flavorful pork with sliced avocados and Black Bean and Corn Salsa.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Seasoning, brown sugar, chili powder and salt in small bowl. Coat pork evenly with seasoning mixture.

  • Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Place pork on rack in foil-lined shallow roasting pan.

  • Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
