Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Cook scrapple 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Remove from pan. Coarsely chop. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cream cheese, cheese and scrapple in a large bowl; toss gently to mix. Spread mixture in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with Crab Cake Mix. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with assorted crackers or sliced French bread.
