Avocado Yogurt Dip

Nonfat Greek yogurt and fat free milk provide a light and creamy twist to traditional guacamole.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2 cups or 20 (2-tablespoon) servings.

  • Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Season to taste with additional ground red pepper, if desired.

  • Spoon dip into serving bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
