Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet. Add vegetables to skillet; stir fry 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to skillet. Add marinade; stir fry until mixture is heated through. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
