Steak & Chop Kabobs

Before you thread steak cubes onto skewers, marinate in Lawry’s® Steak & Chop Marinade to add flavors of garlic, cracked black pepper and mustard.

  • Place beef in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.

  • Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove beef from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread beef, onions, zucchini and tomatoes onto skewers.

  • Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
