Nothing beats dinner that’s already cooked at the end of a busy day. Tender cubes of beef and vegetables are slow simmered in a tomato sauce with Italian seasonings.
Place beef, tomatoes, carrots, onions and celery in slow cooker.
Mix water, cornstarch, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt in small bowl until well blended. Pour over beef and vegetables. Cover.
Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving.
