An easier version of the classic chicken cordon bleu – first marinate chicken in Lawry’s® Herb & Garlic Marinade. Then, coat with bread crumbs and top with ham and Swiss cheese.
Pour marinade over chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish; turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Coat chicken evenly on both sides with bread crumbs. Place on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes. Top chicken with ham and cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.
