ALL YOU NEED
3/4 cup Lawry’s Homestyle Chicken Seasoned Crispy Oven Bake Mix
1 egg
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts

OVEN DIRECTIONS
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Preheat Oven: 400ºF
Makes 8 servings.

1. POUR Oven Bake Mix into shallow dish or large plastic resealable bag. Beat egg in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg to moisten. Coat or shake chicken, 1 or 2 pieces at a time, pressing firmly into Oven Bake Mix.
2. PLACE chicken in single layer on foil-lined or ungreased shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining egg and Oven Bake Mix.
3. BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165ºF).

ALSO GREAT ON CHICKEN PARTS & PORK CHOPS
Chicken Parts: Use 2 lbs. bone-in chicken parts or boneless skinless chicken thighs. Coat as directed. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Pork Chops: Use 2 lbs. bone-in or 1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork chops, trimmed (3/4-inch thick). Coat as directed. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness.

STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS
Chicken: Use 1 lb. thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breast or boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness. Coat as directed. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.

Pork: Use 1 lb. bone-in or boneless pork chops (1/2-inch thick). Coat as directed. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add pork; cook 2 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
