ALL YOU NEED
1 pkg. Prime Cut Taco Seasoning Mix
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 cup water
12 taco shells or tortillas, warmed
BROWN beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
STIR in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SPOON beef mixture into taco shells. Serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese or sour cream, if desired.
• We recommend other types of meat, such as ground turkey or ground chicken or boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips and browned in 1 tbsp. oil.
• Quick Taco Dip: Spread 1 pkg. (8oz.) softened cream cheese in a shallow microwavable dish. Top with prepared taco meat mixture. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve with Tortilla chips.
• Crispy Baked Taco Wings: Mix 1 cup plain bread crumbs and Seasoning Mix in large resealable plastic bag. Add 2 lbs. chicken wing pieces in batches; shake to coat. Arrange in single layer on large foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 425ºF oven 30 minutes or until cooked through.
