Makes 1/2 cup marinade
ALL YOU NEED
1 pkg. Prime Cut Pork Marinade Mix
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
2 lbs. pork*
*We like it on bone-in or boneless pork chops or pork tenderloin.
MIX Marinade Mix, and oil, vinegar and water in small bowl. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
REFRIGERATE 15 minutes. Remove pork from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
TO GRILL or BROIL: Grill or broil pork chops over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Grill pork tenderloins over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally. (Broiling not recommended for tenderloin.)
TO BAKE: Bake pork chops in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan in preheated 400ºF oven 15 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness. Bake tenderloins in preheated 450ºF oven 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
• For Extra Flavor: Before marinating the pork, set aside 2 tbsp. of the prepared Marinade for basting halfway through cooking.
• For Flavorful, Juicy Pork: Cook to an internal temperature between 145º to 160ºF, followed by a 3 minute rest time before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
• We also recommend on other types of meat, such as boneless chicken breasts, chicken wings, beef sirloin or strip steaks.
To use as a Seasoning: Coat 2 lbs. pork with 2 tbsp. oil. Season with 1 pkg. Marinade Mix. Cook as desired above.
