Pico de gallo is a fresh chunky salsa made with uncooked tomatoes. This version has an explosion of flavors from fire-roasted chilies, ripe peaches and Molasses Bacon Seasoning. Serve as a dip with chips or a topping for grilled meats and tacos.
Grill chilies over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until charred, turning occasionally. Cool slightly then chop.
Mix chilies and remaining ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.
