Sirloin Patties with Blue Cheese and Cheddar Topping

Top broiled sirloin patties with a mixture of two cheeses and herbs and watch the cheese slowly melt! Serve with baked potatoes and a crisp salad to round out your meal.

  • Preheat broiler. Mix ground beef and Steak Seasoning in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.

  • Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.

  • Spray broiler rack and pan with no stick cooking spray. Broil patties on broiler rack 4 inches away from heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Top each patty with cheese mixture.
