Montreal Grilled Pork and Pepper Kabobs

Get ready for perfect summertime kabobs. Tender cubes of pork and fresh cut vegetables soak up the robust, single-use marinade flavors of ground black pepper, garlic and spices. Try and eat just one.

  • Reserve 2 tablespoons of the Marinade. Place pork and vegetables in 2 separate large resealable plastic bags or glass dishes. Pour remaining Marinade evenly into each bag; turn to coat well.

  • Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork and vegetables from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade. Alternately thread pork and vegetables onto skewers.

  • Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is to desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved Marinade. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.

Cooking tip

Test Kitchen Tip:  If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes. This prevents them from burning on the grill.
