Get ready for perfect summertime kabobs. Tender cubes of pork and fresh cut vegetables soak up the robust, single-use marinade flavors of ground black pepper, garlic and spices. Try and eat just one.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of the Marinade. Place pork and vegetables in 2 separate large resealable plastic bags or glass dishes. Pour remaining Marinade evenly into each bag; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork and vegetables from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade. Alternately thread pork and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is to desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved Marinade. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes. This prevents them from burning on the grill.
