Boneless chicken thighs get a little bit spicy and a little bit sweet with Grill Mates® Chipotle Pepper Marinade and orange juice.
Mix Marinade Mix, orange juice and oil in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
For Chicken Drumsticks: Prepare marinade as directed using 2 pounds chicken drumsticks. Prepare grill for indirect medium-low heat (275°F to 300°F). Preheat grill by turning all burners to medium. Turn off burner(s) on one side of grill. Remove drumsticks from marinade and place on unlit side of grill. Discard any remaining marinade. Close grill. Grill 30 to 40 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165°F, turning occasionally. Move drumsticks to lit side of grill. Turn lit side of grill to high. Grill, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes longer or until drumsticks are nicely charred.
