Barbecue chicken goes bold with this flavorful recipe for Carolina Basted Chicken. Our easy Single Use Marinade – brown sugar, bourbon, red bell peppers and spices – and a touch of mustard - are all you need for juicy, mouth-watering chicken thighs.
Mix 2 tablespoon of the Marinade and mustard in a small bowl; set aside.
Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining Marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate chicken 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade.
Grill chicken over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with marinade mixture.
