1 teaspoon = 2 teaspoon fresh.
• Add 1/2 teaspoon to 4 cups fruit salad or choocolate cake recipe.
• Steep in water with tea.
• Use in sauces and fruit punch.
• Add to lamb stew, chicken dishes, peas and chutney.
• Use to make mint jelly. Heat in fruit juice and pour over fruit.
