Mix mayonnaise and chipotle chile pepper in small bowl until well blended
Spread on burgers or sandwiches
Ancho Mayonnaise: Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon each McCormick Gourmet™ Ancho Chile Pepper and brown sugar in small bowl until well blended. Spread on hamburgers, chicken or roast beef sandwiches.
