Southwest Salad with Jalapeño Avocado Ranch Dressing

This creamy avocado dressing with heat from the Ground Jalapeño Pepper will make any salad taste better. Make the salad a main dish by adding grilled chicken.

  • For the Dressing, place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Set aside.

  • For the Salad, heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add corn; cook 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Drain corn on paper towels.

  • Toss lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheese and corn in large bowl. Serve salad with Dressing.
