Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add carrots; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add garlic and Seasoning; cook and stir 3 minutes longer or until carrots are tender
Spoon carrots into serving bowl. Add lemon juice, cilantro, olives, sea salt and pepper; toss to coat well
