For the Slaw, mix all ingredients, except cabbage and pear, in large bowl well blended. Add cabbage and pear; toss to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
For the BBQ Sauce, mix all ingredients in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and slightly thickened. Let cool Remove 1/4 cup for brushing burgers during cooking. Reserve remaining sauce for serving.
For the Burgers, mix all ingredients, except rolls, in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Grill burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160F), brushing with 1/4 cup of the BBQ Sauce while cooking. Serve burgers on rolls topped with reserved BBQ Sauce and Kimchi Slaw.
