Herbes de Provence Lamb Chops

Herbes de Provence infuses lambs chops with the flavors of the south of France.

  • Mix Herbes de Provence, lemon peel, salt, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Brush lamb chops lightly with oil. Rub herb mixture evenly on both sides of lamb chops

  • Broil or grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired

Serving Suggestion: Serve with lemon wedges and Couscous with Apricots and Toasted Cumin, if desired.
