Toss strawberries, Cognac, Cointreau, orange juice, vanilla and nutmeg in large bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours
Beat heavy cream and sugar in chilled medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form
Beat ice cream in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed. Gently stir in whipped cream
Use slotted spoon to remove berries from juice mixture, reserving juice mixture. Add berries to ice cream mixture; stir gently. Serve immediately with reserved juice mixture spooned over top
