Fried Green Onion Poppy Seed Dip

Crisp fried green onions add savory flavor and poppy seeds add nuttiness to this tangy tip. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers.

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add green onions; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain green onions on paper towels. Spoon into medium bowl.

  • Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, poppy seed, onion powder and garlic powder until well blended. Cover.

  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
